FAQ
Is coconut oil a seed oil?
No. Coconut oil comes from the fruit of the coconut, not from a seed oil crop like canola or soybean.
Do the chocolate chips have seed oils?
No. They're made from organic chocolate liquor, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter.
Are Beef Cakes organic?
Our whole wheat flour, oat flour, rolled oats and chocolate chips are USDA Organic. Other ingredients, like collagen and coconut oil, are not, so we say our grains are organic rather than calling the whole cup organic.
Why does the Diner flavor have no oil?
It's our lightest cup, at 200 calories and 1.5g of fat.
Not sure where to start? Diner Pancakes is our lightest cup. Chocolate Chip Oats is the pick for chocolate lovers.
